| Notes about this item. 20 coats of paint. Twenty. Yeehaw. Melissa wanted her Summit to be Candy Purple, with butterflies. It's the candy colour that instigates the bulk of the coats required, as it has to be built up in very thin layers to get that deep candylike appearance. The large primary design is on the hood and both sides, an abbreviated version of same is on the back next to Melissa's name, and the whole rest of the truck is covered in purple-tinted butterflies. |
Colours Used. Opaque Black Coarse Aluminum Flake Custom-blended Candy Purple Candy Blue and Candy Red on their own as well, for slight gradient effects. |
