KMaynesPaint is my little neck of the World Wide Woods ...er, Web.

Among other things, I paint stuff. If it'll sit still long enough, the odds are pretty good that I can put paint on it. Lately I've been focusing mainly on R/C cars and such, but I'm not restricted to just that - I've even done a couple model airplanes, and recently completed two fibreglass boat hulls. I want to keep building my repertoire while keeping the quality of the finished product as high as I can. If doing so can help me pay the bills, so much the better!

This site is primarily intended to serve as my portfolio. Since I can't walk around with a big folder full of T-shirts, R/C car bodies, giant cold-air advertising balloons and various whatnots, and even a binderfull of photos became ungainly, sticking a bunch of photographs on the web seems to make the most sense. This way it's no bigger than a business card!

Besides, the space and technology gives me the chance to add some other bits and pieces here.. like The Wanderer comic, which will eventually become a running serial, some brag-pages for some of my various obsessions ...er, hobbies, and even some completely tangential web links to hither thither and yon.

By the time this page is up, I've already made an overall change in the site - mostly just the colour scheme, but along with the enhanced gallery system it's a start. I plan to start adding pictorial how-to's, some helpful downloadables for clients and other airbrush artists alike, and even to rework the comic and keep the story flowing. All in good time. No, sooner than that would be better.
